Pastor's Weekly Blog

Blessings to you my Brothers and Sisters from our Lord Jesus,

This past week I saw a pain specialist who is trying some treatments that he hopes will bring me relief from my pain. He told me that he has never seen anyone with the type of injuries that I have, so he is going to have to experiment. Every doctor that I have seen (and I have seen many) always say, "You are unique. I have never seen injuries like your before." So I have gotten used to it. God is gracious and he is carrying me along. He has more work for me to do for him that is why I am still alive.

I am thrilled that we are all communicating better with each other and we are trying to understand each other better. It is critical for us to get to know each other on a more personal level, including myself. As we begin gathering for our planning and implementation meetings as an entire congregation we will get to know each other better. I will be taking the opportunity to let you all know more about me, because it is very difficult to trust when you don't know a person.

We have such a large mission field in the Morris area that we just can't let this opportunity to reach the unchurched pass us by. I do have a big heart for the lost and for those growing in their faith relationship with Jesus. There is nothing that makes me happier than to see someone come to faith in Jesus Christ and someone having those "aha" moments as they grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. May God continually bless you as you grow in your relationship with Jesus and as you each out in love with the Gospel to the people around you who do not yet know Jesus.

Growing In Jesus,
Pastor Randy
