Greetings Brothers and Sisters in Jesus,
What a storm last night. The weather changes like that do affect me, still. I pray that any of you who have injuries or surgeries are spared the pain of the atmospheric changes. I am able to do more things for a longer period of time, now. So I am confident that eventually all will be well over time. Thanks for your prayers, concerns, and comforting support.
We have a great gathering of people at Friends In Christ. I thoroughly enjoyed our time together this past weekend. Worship was wondeful with all of the singing, partaking of the Lord's Supper, and learning more about using the gifts that Jesus has given to us - each according to his ability - to grow His kingdom. As we continually grow in our relationship with Jesus and we help others to come into relationship with Him we are keeping our lamp burning for Jesus and using our talents to grow His kingdom. Praise God that He has chosen us to be a part of His plan.
I am looking forward to this weekend as three baptisms will be taking place - this is fulfilling the will of God and growing the kingdom. We will also be exploring the next parable of Jesus that ties to the previous two.
